  • I usually workout at home. I do things like squats, lunges. push up (on the knees is fine), wall push up, jumping jacks, burpees, wall sits, jump rope 30 seconds. 10 sets of them and repeat it 2 or 3 times.

  • You dont need to mention anything...unless you are a social butterfly and you are always out with them. Then is when it might be needed to they dont unknowingly try and eat food that you are strictly trying to avoid. But besides that dont mention anything unless people notice and then begin to ask you.

Why do you in essence sabotage yourself by binge eating? Are you stressing? What else is hindering you? What kind of food do you eat? DO you like veggies and fruits…
  • Well i personally dont think you should deprive yourself...there is DIE in diet. Think of it more as a lifestyle change. Just make overall healthier decisions and all room for some treats. UNLESS you are like and lack self control. ONly then should it be completely elminate it. Moderation is the key. I hope that helps.
  • i wake up at 450am to workout. I try and do it everyday but its super hard for me as well. The way i get myself up is by putting my phone on my desk away from me and also setting two alarms five to ten minutes apart.   • You harness a child once they like to walk on their own and they dont have a sense of danger so they run and leave you. In places in theme parks and just walking in crowds this is good so you always know where they are and they cant get far from you.
