hey im 5"7... m closeish to my goal i guess.. im abotu 20 -30 lbs away.. Although thats proberlly quite far.. I dunno some people see that as far some see it as close..

My current Net goal is 930 calories, the one in the middle.. But i have yet to reach this goal, every day i seem to be floating around the 1,200 net calorie mark lol.

i remember when i started mine they told me that one of the side effects is an increase appetite and a chance of weight gain. but fortunately im on the pergesterone only pill, and apparently it isnt half as bad for weight gain as the combined one.

Im exactly the same. I mean you should see my food diary for today / yesterday.. I dont know what it is about fast food, although i do know that they have chemicals in them that are meant to get you addicted.. So its not exactly like its unusual.. I have to say as much as i like fast food.. I wish there wasnt a fast food…

i um *cough* downloaded it.. and i got all of the 12 dvd's. pluss 2 toher random ones of how to bring it and a results one.. and i got pdf versions of all of the catalogues, posters, etc.... if u need help finding it got to 'teh paradox' and youl find it there.

Its because i have told MFP that i have a sedentary lifestyle.. but i add in and burn about 600 calories each day.. so my goal for the end of the day is always above 1,500 calories... and if it was at 1,200 like it originally was.. then i would be aiming to eat 2,000 calories a day... and i dont feel comfortable with…

You can do it! My goal weight is too loose about 20 pounds too. and im sure with the motivation of doing it for you AND your kids youl make your goal weight for sure!!

im on day like 4 of p90x lean. and i have to say putting aside the time for the exercise is tiring. itd be good to hear some thoughts from people who have completed it.. for motivation and stuff..

i did wear my HRM once during sex lol.. but its a really crappy cheep one and turned off half way throo.. so i dont have a clue how many calories i burned.. actually i havent been able to turn it back on since lol.. maybe my heart rate was just too high..

It would be a good idea though... Having a post where everyone puts on there before and afters. Especially if there before and afters of exercise videos.. Then you can see what videos do what effects... And which videos seem to work best, etc..
