The great thing is the biggest difference i see in all of these before and after photos is a certain glow if you will on the after faces. A bigger smile and some confidence in each of you that have posted. I say well done to all of you. Keep up the good work.

Ok so here are exact numbers. I just played 18 holes at 73 minutes total. Putting in my info(age, height, weight) on discgolfstation.com it gave me 433 calories burned. Comparing that to 3.0 mph "walking dog" pace from this websites calculator I got 409 burned, and at 3.5 mph "brisk walk" pace also using this websites…

I have read that caffine dehydrates you, so my take would be anything with caffine in it should probably not be counted towards your water intake since the caffine is cancelling out the effects of the water. Of course i'm sure this varies depending on the amount of caffine in said beverage. Just my take on it.

I would say that I'm pretty out of shape myself. However what i did was very simple. You can work yourself in nice and slowly at the gym as well. Just go in on an eliptical or treadmill and just set a pace that you can handle. Don't try and keep up with the guy or gal next to you. Just set your pace. Before you know it…

My between meal snacks help me so much. Special K 90 calorie bars, string cheese or greek yogurt. I'm thinking that i might start throwing hard boiled eggs into that mix of snacks as well.

I had some Uncle Ben's instant Rice Pilaf with a can of tuna mixed in totaling 520 calories. Cup of fresh seedless watermelon as a after lunch snack for 33 calories. Makes a great meal!
