I'm a seventy year old disabled lady ,my second time around on mfp. I have managed to keep off two stone of what i lost two years ago. Would like some friends to help me keep motivated.l live on the lovely Isle of Wight

i had the fitbit flex, i thought it kept me motivated but twice i had to take it back to the shop because all of a sudden they wouldn't sink with my computer, although i was given new ones both times, third time i asked for my money back. but i must say i do miss it.

l have had two of these in the last 6 months and had to return them both with charging problems, Got my money back in the end.

l really enjoyed my forties, life is what you make it, l will be 67 this year, quite a lot of health problems but i still enjoy my life. .Age is all in the mind. By the way Happy Birthday.

if you have a smart phone there is a free app called Endomondo, it does duration, distance, speed avg pace, calories,hydration, total steps avg step and min and max altitude and it synces with mfp.

I'm 66 with a mountain of health issues, i retired 3 years ago because of my health. i walk at least 5 times a week, only doing what i can manage, I must say i am a lot healthier now than when i retired. i'm losing weight, it's coming off slowley but it is coming off.

i go to the park to walk (can't do with car fumes ) i always have my ventolin with me. i have to watch when they cut the grass,

I don't use any of these except soya milk, what do you call in moderation?. i use soya milk instead of semi skimmed milk on my cereal if i have them
