I can resist cake, chocolate, biscuits and ice cream but fruity sweets are my downfall. Once I start, I can quite easily finish a large bag of wine gums or similar in one go. I just can't do sweets in moderation, it's either all or none, so I have to stop completely. Currently I'm satisfying my sweet tooth with sugar free…
