Thanks all for the help. I understand the OCD part ( I get that way), my overall goal is to try to hit 5.5 or 6 MPH walking. I only do this every other day. My normal pace is 4.5.

Not jogging. I have a big warehouse and I just do laps walking very fast. Started at 4 MPH and have just built up from there. The forklifts are all at lunch so I don't have to worry about getting run over. 6'3" myself.
