I use Shaklee Life Plan Protein and make my smoothie in the a.m. and again at 3:00 p.m. if it is good enough for the olympic athletes with all their stringent testing etc. it is good enough for me love the taste and happy non goo soy protein and has lucine to help maintain muscle while losing the fat.

I agree eating when you aren't hungry doesn't make sense to me. I am listening to my body and eat if I am hungry. I don't eat back my exercise calories because the program I am following has an amino acid called leucine that prevents you from going into that starvation save the fat mode and I am having success.
