  • I agree with DanOhh and lutzsher. Also, make sure when you weigh yourself you do it the same way every week. i.e. in the morning after using the bathroom every time. Your weight will fluctuate throughout the day depending on how much you ate and drank and your water weight. I can weigh as much as ten pounds more at night…
