The number shown is based upon your last weigh in. So if you last logged in at 150 pounds, then if you ate like you did that day you would weigh X in 5 weeks.

I am in the exact same boat, especially since I live alone so noone else can eat when I cook something that is for 4+ people. I do one of two things. First, use the leftovers for meals the rest of the week. The downside to this is, you will be eating the same meal several days in a row, but I'd rather do that then throw…

Count me in!! Awesome idea!!

Thank you!! Just recently diagnosed with a wheat & soy allergy. Trying to find new and yummy foods! Can't wait to try!!

I know EXACTLY how you feel!! I fought it for a long time! What I decided to do was only buy a few things....2 or 3 pants and a few shirts at a time. Cuz while I was thrilled I could fit in the smaller size, I still wanted to keep losing so why buy a whole bunch when I only plan on staying in that size for a short period…

While I am definately not advocating this company, I have never used it, but my brother did use NutriSystem for a bit and did great on it. He lost approx 50 pounds while doing so. However, like many of the companies that want you to buy their foods, once you quit eating it and try to do it on your own, you start to gain…

I put them in salads...yummy :)

I feel the exact same ways most days. I too have lost just over 45 pounds and still feel fat. I was one who never quite understood how people who lost a lot of weight and look fabulous can say they still feel and look fat to themself, until now. I think it is a mental thing. I KNOW that I've lost weight...my clothes are…

P90X = Power 90 Extreme. It is an extreme workout video NSV = No Scale Victory, basically any success that doesn't include the scale C25K = Couch to 5K. This is a program designed to get anyone (a couch potato) to a 5K in 9 weeks 30DS = 30 Day Shred. This is a Jillian Michaels work out video (which by the way, I LOVE!)…

Yes, salt & sodium are the same thing and are very dangerous in excess. While sodium is necessary for our bodies, it is definately something that needs to be watched. I just recently started monitoring my salt intake and was shocked at what has salt already in it, i.e. cottage cheese, milk, diet sodas, etc. I do not add…

I don't hate veggies, but my friend does. She uses Low Sodium V8 to get her veggies in for the day. One glass = 2 servings of veggies.

I do my workouts in the morning. When I first wake up I have a glass of water, 1 TBSP of peanut butter on a slice of bread. Then I go about getting ready (bathroom, changing, etc) and then go! It gives me enough to get my body moving, but not so much that my stomach hurts from being too full. Then within 30 mins of…

Personlly I love it! It still does have more sodium then eating straight veggies does, but its a quick and yummy way to get veggies in your diet!

Omit it and ENJOY!! It is DELICIOUS!!

Do you have a crock pot? If so, I stumbled upon this by mistake and love it for quick lunches. I put some chicken breast or tenderloins in the bottom of the crock pot, no exact number, just enough to cover the bottom. The season it with whatever you want. I use garlic, red pepper flakes and onion. Then I pour a container…

I personally think that you are not eating enough and your body is going into "starvation mode" and saving all your calories. I look back a week on your diary and you have anywhere from 800-1000 calories remaining at the end of the day. Thats too much!! I hit a plateau myself and was given the advice to "eat more to lose…

Welcome! I too am from Florida and have the crazy work/eat/sleep schedule. I work the afternoon shift 3p-11p so my eating times don't exaclty go along with the "normal" eating hours. This site is a great tool to keep track of calories, fat, sodium, etc as well as logging you exercise calories burned not to mention the…

BUMP -- Thanks!

YUM!!! Gonna have to try this one for sure!

I was surprised to when I saw what my HRM said, but I burn between 145-175 depending on how hard I push myself. I would have thought it to be more, but then I remind myself that it is ONLY 20 minutes, so for 20 minutes that is a decent burn.

There is no set time to switch levels just go with what you body tells you or if you get bored with what you are doing. I found level 1 to be "easy" by day 5 or 6, but I stayed on it til day 10. Level 2 is HARD!!! Be prepared!! I do love the results and the way I feel after doing it though. Haven't gotten to level 3 yet,…

I swear you must have been reading my mind when you posted this!! Was just sitting here craving buffalo wings!! Going to have to try this tomorrow (I've got everything EXCEPT the Laughing Cow Blue Cheese...just finished mine yesterday). THANK YOU!!

I personally LOVE them!! They have great flavor and have yet to find one that I don't like. I usually had a side of veggies or a salad to go with it, just to give me enough calories for the meal. However, any frozen meal tends to be high in sodium, so if you are keeping an eye on your sodium intake, be careful. Enjoy!

So glad someone else is having that pain, I thought it was just me!! My knees were horrible initially, but I'm on day 10 now and they are getting better, hardly any pain. Hope the same goes for you!

You are NOT ugly nor do you have any reason to be embarressed! You are beautiful and you look fantastic!! You should be VERY proud of yourself for where you have gotten yourself!! Keep up the good work!! :flowerforyou:

CONGRATULATIONS!! I'm struggling with that myself. So far I'm down to 2 Diet Soda's a day. I know I should quit cold turkey, but I've tried that before and had killer headaches, so I'm trying to ween myself off. Congrats again!
