I'm with you!! Salt is my kryptonite as well!! I'll choose salty snacks over sweet anytime!! When I go over, I just try to make sure I do "extra" water to try to flush it all out.

As others have mentioned, you have a great variety of fruits, veggies, protein, and healthy fats...the only thing I would watch out for is sodium intake. That is one think that everyone needs to monitor. Too much sodium means better chances of water retention which leads to bloating, puffiness, and excess water...nothing…

I eat grapefruit, and other citrus, on a regular basis. However, I am extremely anal, so I weigh everything to the gram. I use the generic fresh grapefruit and then put in my grams. I'm allergic to wheat, so I had to cut out all breads (haven't found a gluten free bread that I really like!) I use either lettuce for wraps or corn tortilla's. Either that or I just wrap everything up in the meat and make a roll.

I use spaghetti squash as a subsitute for spaghetti or rice. Also, not one that many might like or need is a subsitute for tomatoes. I recently became highly allergic to tomatoes, so I make my own "tomato" sauce using pureed red peppers. Also in recipes when it calls for tomato sauce or tomato anything I use pumpkin puree.…

I got Killer Buns & Thighs for Christmas and "killer" doesn't even begin to cover it! LOL :laugh: It is TOUGH!! I did it for a week or two and then went back to the videos I already. Got 2 more weeks on 6 Week 6 Pack and then will go back to Killer Buns.

Working til 11p then gonna hit the gym for a bit of one on one with the treadmill since it's been to damn hot to run before work. Then home to take care of my injured pup and bed. Fun, exciting life! At least I can hang out on MFP while at work :laugh:

I will usually eat a whole grapefruit or some granola before working out...usually 100-150 calories, just to give my body some fuel because I work out shortly after waking up. So little snack, work out and then my breakfast.

I always trust my heart rate monitor, it is more accurate based upon your age, height, weight, etc. Plus if it's a HRM with a chest strap its getting a reading of your heartbeat.
