I raised my computer and keyboard so I could stand during the day. I made it so I could easily transition between sitting and standing when I needed a break. Its been a few weeks and I love it. Breaks up the constant sit, I felt like I was dying behind a desk. I feel so much better.

I'm definitely going to start pre-tracking my day. That's awesome advice and then I won't feel pressured to make decisions when I'm hungry. Baby steps for sure.

I'm so sorry for your news! I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer last year and have had 4 surgeries, 8 rounds of chemo , 34 rounds of radiation, and am now on a hormonal pill for the next 5-10 years. 31 and in menopause-yikes! Cancer sucks, and I am so sorry you have to go through this.
