Haha well I'm only 18, but I don't plan on ever being married or having kids, sooo...
-
I can't stand it either, too sour.

My God, that's a lot of alcohol. Not good.

Ice cream.

Generally...cereal, yogurt & granola, and a glass of milk. Sometimes I'll add fresh fruit in there. It usually comes out to between 300-500 calories. Since I don't eat lunch, it has to last me through til dinner at 4:45.

Loma Linda Little Links and Big Franks are DELICIOUS replacements for meat, if you want to eat vegan. I'm not vegetarian or vegan, but I like them waaaaay more than meat sausages or hot dogs.
-
I just stop eating, don't have a problem with that, but I know people who cover their food with salt so they won't eat anymore.

18 yrs old, 5'0", starting weight (before MFP) was 133, short-term goal is 120, ultimately I want to be at 110 by the end of the year. Add me if you want!
-
Nothing for me, as well. Some things I never ate in the first place, like french fries, and everything else I just have in smaller portions, and less often.

18, college freshman (soon to be sophomore). Add me if you want!

1889 calories, last Thursday. How do some of you guys get 4k+?!
-
I despise plain oatmeal, too...don't mind the flavored stuff, but even then it's very low on my list of preferred breakfast foods.

Stretch Island fruit leather (between 40 and 70 calories per serving) is fantastic. Fresh blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc. Granola bars (Quaker, Kudos, Nature Valley). Pretzels, either regular or flavored. Beef jerky and turkey jerky. Pistachios, peanuts. Goldfish and Cheez-Its are awesome. Fruit snacks.

I hope my boobs shrink, that's the whole reason I'm trying to lose weight.
-
It's also awkward when you're trying to lose a relatively small amount of weight, like 10 or 20 pounds. I had dinner with some people the other day, and one person mentioned that they were logging what they ate and trying to lose weight, so I took that opportunity to mention that I'm also trying to lose weight, 10 pounds.…

Haha I came in this thread thinking "That sounds delicious!"....I guess not.

I do short calisthenic workouts every day. It's only about 10-15 minutes a day.

5'0", shooting for 110, ultimately.
-
I generally eat around 1000-1150 calories a day without even trying to limit myself and feel completely fine - no lightheadedness, headaches, weakness, whatever is supposed to happen. It's just my natural amount of food, I guess. (5 feet 0 inches, 127 lbs) Were you told you can't go below 1200 because of a health condition?

15 years of daily chlorine experience here. ;) What worked best for me was.. A) wearing a swim cap B) Rinsing/showering ASAP after finishing swimming C) Moisturizing with something heavy-duty twice daily - after getting up and before going to bed.

It's probably muscle gain, have you been exercising?
-
I think it depends on the type of pill. I'm on microgestin which is supposed to be one of the weakest birth control pills, and I never had any weight gain or other noticeable side effects except a more regular period, no cramps and occasional crankiness.

I second the Nordstrom suggestion. I was fitted recently and found that I'm actually a 32DD when I've been wearing a 32C since I was 14.
-
I was a 32C back when I was at my target weight (120) but I was also like 14 at the time, so for all I know, my current size of 32DD is just natural. I'm actually losing weight mostly because my boobs won't fit into my bridesmaid dress for a wedding in mid-May. ;) Gotta fix that.

I adore green olives..don't have access to them most of the time.

Weight: 128.5 Size: Between a 4P and 6P depending on brand.

1. Never heard of it. 2. Don't care.

They don't currently, but I could ask the hall's manager if they would consider putting at least the calorie counts online.
-
Haha I didn't think about that...2000 probably doesn't mesh with my height, then. I guess my calorie intake kinda makes sense. Shadow2soul: I definitely spend a lot of time sitting. The sedentary description sounds right. As for the pedometer, I don't think I can afford one of those, although it would be useful (I've…

Twice a day, just to see how much/if it changes from day to day (it doesn't usually, and if it does it only changes by less than half a pound), and how much/if it changes from morning to night (again, usually it doesn't, or will change by like .2 pounds).
