That was weird, But all in all that was a 9 pounds gain on week 3. On week 1 and 2, they didn't lose that much weight either. If it was 4 pounds weight gain, i would maybe agree with you. But a 9 pounds weight gain each is unheard of in biggest loser. That is alot of weight for anyone to gain in a week in the normal world.…

Well today i doubled it up I did X Stretch then Kenpo X. I missed one day this week so i knew i had to double it up one day. Just Finished Legs and back + ab ripper x I did really good in legs and got in alot of reps on the pull up bar but in Ab ripper x, i was tired and my belly hurt. Today wasn't a good day in that department.

The bob harper Inside out method was really amazing in my opinion as well. But my favorite would have to be P90X. I like jillians too and its great for starters. I loved it in the beginning. But i did get bored fast. I'm doing P90x now but i am really excited about starting insanity as well.

Jillian Banish fat boost metabolism will have you jumping the whole dvd. I think your more likely to get an injury from that dvd alone

That is a very good point, i might actually be doing that with insantiy. I got it from the library and one of the discs don't work and its one of the main ones. I'm still gonna shop around and see if i can get a good deal. Crappy economy!!!!!

Whole foods whey soy protein powder vanilla. I tried it with milk and coffee creamer today and it was decent. When p90x asks me to boost up my calories for phase 2, i might add low fat ice cream, but i am debating. Ice cream has been a sworn enemy of mine.

Well to me, Upped is a word hee hee :) i have upped my workouts and calories recently. i've been doing P90X and it asks for an hour a day (sometime an hour and half) of excercise and minimum of 1800 calories.
