Thanks! I will try and add some weight lifting as well. My muscle tone and strength have decreased over the past few years so this is a great recommendation. The weight doesn’t seem to come off as easy anymore , but staying motivated !

I have been having the same problem . I can’t seem to lose the last 13 lbs . I am 5’11 and get stuck between 156 and 154. Staying at 1200 cal. And cardio three times a week .I lost .6 in 8 days . Happy to read the above comments going to try those !

I have been back on MFP for about 4 months now. I am 41 Mom of 2 and only have about 13 lbs to lose but it all is in my stomach area . I keep my calories at 1200 and do cardio three times a week but the weight does not seem to move! Any suggestions ? Wish everyone well !
