I wish I had a good cure for you, Angela. I threw up multiple times a day for 18 weeks and never found anything that really helped. I found it to be the worst when I ate a big meal. Stick to lots of little meals. Oh, and Taco Bell. That was the one thing that I could always eat! :)

My starting weight is 157.8. My current weight is 154.

I'm on week four of C25K, but I keep repeating weeks. I think my body is ready to move on, but my head isn't. I wish I could get to a place where running is relaxing and/or enjoyable, but I just can't!

There are lots of canned soups out there (Select Harvest, Progresso, etc.) that are only 50-80 calories per serving (2 servings per can). I find these to be very filling. I usually eat them at lunch so I have more calories left for dinner.

Hi All, I did alright last week and stayed within my calories 5 out of 7 days. My calorie goal is only 1200, but I always eat my exercise calories. I've been doing 30 Day Shred every morning, Couch to 5K three days a week, yoga once a week, and sometimes I throw in the elliptical or treadmill for a little while. So I'm…

Thanks, Angela. Congrats to you as well! I look forward to going through this journey with all of my new MFP friends.

Hi all! Mind if I join? I've been using MFP for about three weeks and love it! I have a 16 month old son and just found out today that I'm pregnant! According to the due date calculator, I'm due on October 6th. While obviously this is great news, I've been doing so well eating better, exercising, and losing weight, I don't…

Starting weight 157.8 Current weight 156.6 Not a big loss, but a loss. On the bright side, I lost 3.25 inches this week!

I did Level 2 Day 1 this morning (after 7 days at Level 1). While I was sweating like a pig, I didn't think it was too much harder than Level 1 and I feel surprisingly good. I've made it 8 days and my goal is to make it the full 30. Good luck, shredders!

Great job, Monda! We're in about the same place. I completed day 6 today. I previewed level 2 and think I might try it tomorrow. I sat a lot lower in the squats today so I'll have to wait & see how my legs feel.
-
When I slip up, I just think, " I used to eat like that all the time and not even think to feel guilty." So despite one slip up, I'm still making major progress and you are too! Here's to tomorrow!

My weight this morning was 157.8. Lost 2 pounds this week...and worked hard for every once of it!

My starting weight is 157.8.

I'm also doing Shred. I did day 4 level 1 today. It's getting easier, but my thighs were burning after the first two days! I'm also doing Couch to 5K three days a week (love it!) and yoga once a week (love it!). Has anyone done both the Slimdown & Shred? What's the difference?

I'm in!

Try flavored water. I think it's as good as soda, but still no calories.
-
Good luck! Sounds like you should see big results.

Hi all. Mind if I join? I've done Shred for the last three days. I'm thrilled to find that it's getting easier, but my legs are killing me! It's a good hurt though. It serves as a reminder all day of the work I've done. PS I'm relatively new to MFP. Feel free to add me as a friend if you're looking for friends. Thanks.

Is it ok to always eat your exercise calories? Will I still lose if I do? I've been exercising daily (and twice today!), but I find that I'm eating more then. Is that ok?
-
My thought is that once we start losing, we're even harsher critics on ourselves. We know how hard we're working and want to see even bigger results.

I weighed 164 on 1/9 and weighed in at 159.8 this morning. I've been doing a good job of exercising every day and watching what I eat. I went out for dinner last night and checked the menu online and checked calories before I got to the restaurant. What a concept!! I'm new to this site, but loving it! For me, tracking…

I've been taking a yoga class once a week for about 10 months. While I haven't lost weight, it's been tremendously beneficial for me. It's helped my major back problems, increased my flexibility, and definitely helped me build muscles/get toned.

Count me in! That sounds like an attainable goal. How am I going to achieve this goal? *Do Couch to 5K three days/week *Tuesday yoga class *Track calories *Water, water, water
