I have the fitbit one, it wouldn't sync to my old fone when I got it, so I just synced to my pc each night. If you are going to do it that way, make sure you have the negative count of in the settings on fitbit.

I gained weight also and all attempts to lose it, including 2x30 day shred resulted in a small amount loss that jumped straight back on. I am currently on day 10 of Cymbalta withdrawal. If your Doctor says it's fine, go for it! If running is your thing then do it, I only wish I felt like running! I struggle so much with cardio, I loathe it! I'd do weights and stretching all day long, but cardio.........kill me now.

The pounds thing really confuses me, we do kilos in Australia. But good for you and $200 will be a fab reward! I'm finding this site very helpful. I pre plan my meals the day before and log them, that way I feel like I have to stick to it, it's working so far.

Mine took about two years, and it's the best it going to get. Weight training helps. I am having a tummy tuck and booby lift soon to fix what exercise can't.

hang in there, you will feel it soon! if your clothes were snug before the loss, u will notice they feel comfy, then loose! it will happen, and its awesome. congrats on the loss! ;-)

I don't do food rewards, I know my personality too well, I would go nuts. That's the same readon I don't log my exercise, because I see the spare cals and over eat.
