W1 D3 done. Am I on my own now?
-
W1 D2 - found it a little bit easier today - didn't get quite so tangled up swinging the weight around my head! Had slightly sore knees yesterday so added some knee circles to the warm up to see if that helps. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to spend most of the rest of the day at my desk typing. I suspect that will lead…

Hello again! I'm relatively new to the forums so can someone tell me what being in a group means? Is it different to posting here?

So, D1, W1 done! Not too bad at all - though it might take a couple of days to get used to some of the moves (no coordination at all!). I'm logging it as Aerobics, high intensity, 20 mins - it comes up with 150 cals. I worked it out using a formula as well but the MFP number was nearly the same so I'm happy to use that.…

Last day of 30DS today - all set for Ripped in 30 tomorrow! Watched it through today, quite relieved to see some familiar moves in there. Is everyone going to be taking a rest day? I know it says we should but having done a daily workout for 30 days it will feel weird to skip a day.

I've got a few more days of 30DS to do. Ripped in 30 is next on my list so I may join you sometime near the beginning of September (I'll be checking here to see how hard it is though!).

Day 5 level 3 - I know what you mean about it not getting any easier. My shoulders don' t seem to have got any stronger and I really struggle with the walking press ups and that arm and leg raise thing. I'm also slightly afraid of the rockstar jumps - I just can't bring myself to launch myself into the jump the way they do…

Thanks for that. I wouldn't call myself a runner but I do jog three times a week. Maybe Insanity is not for me just yet! The zombie run app sounds fun though - I might give that a go...

Thanks Princess - I know there is less there than there was before so I have hope that it will go one day! Nomadic - How hard is Insanity on the knees? I'm doing 30DS at the moment and my knees are just about coping.

Made the mistake of looking along my body while in plank position this morning - eek! All I could see was saggy belly skin hanging down. A timely reminder of what I'm doing this for, I suppose, but tbh I could have lived without it!

Saving for later (Is there a way to save threads without having to post on them?)
-
Can anyone help me? A couple of days ago I read a thread about using a mix of JM DVDs for a month. There was a 30 day plan that had a mix of workouts from 2 or 3 different DVDs. Trouble is, I forgot to save it and now I can't find it again (I have tried a search but no luck yet). Does anyone know the thread I mean?

Level 2 is nothing compared to the horror that is Level 3!

Hello! I don't want to be cool, I just want to find a friendly place where I can ask questions and not fear the answers! Am I in the right place?

Hello from London!

Saved for later, thx

Had my first attempt at Level 3 - yikes! Have decided to alternate between Levels 2 and 3 for a few days and get used to it gradually. I can live with the fact that it's a bit repetitive and that I almost know the words off by heart - what I don't understand is why, at the end of a session, I am sweating from every…

Hi, Am on day 10 of level 2. Whilst I am enjoying 30DS, I'm not really seeing much difference. I've lost 1/2" from the waist and 1/2" from one thigh (so they are a bit more even now!). Going to stick with level 2 for a bit longer - much as I hate some of the exercises, I don't think I'm ready for level 3 yet.
