Love Chia seeds! I add them to soups, caseroles, smoothies, protein shakes! My family never even notices them in their food .

I have logged it as Latin Dance...and just recently I added it in My Exercise- My Zumba Instructor told me an hour of ZUMBA burns 800-1000 calories depending on how hard you are working. I just put it in as 800 to be safe.

You are working your @ss off and deserve every single lb. you lose! Keep up your hard work! They are just jealous.... some people don't get that if you eat less and move more you can loose weight without supplements :0)

I am curious to know as well. I heard about an office that did that and they all had less back pain and had much better weight loss success. I have thought about trying it- but I would like to know if anyone has tried it and liked it. I am not very coordinated and I might just fall off! ha ha
