I do my cardio at night after i am done with everything i have to do. Sometimes it will be 10 pm. And i never eat the extra calories. We are two small to have toooo many calories. Try cadio early in the morning or late at night. that might help.

Hi, I am 4 "11" and trying to lose to lose 15 pounds. I already lost 6. since i starting watching my calories. The key to do cardio every day for 40 min. MJKI
