Hi everyone! I’m in a similar boat where my husband doesn’t need to worry about weight or fitness because he’s already active and good at resisting sweets and snacks. I would love to have a group on here for support as I try to eat healthier and lose weight! Feel free to add me! :)

I have had this fear as well, although I’m not planning a pregnancy any time soon. I think it is normal to have these worries! You are totally right - the baby’s health and your health are most important!
