My suggestion is for now, if you know you will want it, save room for it on your count. Just count out your serving of chips, or get the small bags and force yourself…
  • I am 4'10. When I weighed 185 I was in a size 14/16. I am currently 142 and wearing an 8/10. When I was 130 I was still wearing the 8, but it was looser, or a 7 in juniors. I have always been larger in the bust area, so I can sometimes wear a medium, other times a large on top, depending on style, brand, etc.
