I love grilled cubanelle peppers on my burgers, no condiments needed. Season the raw burger w/ chili powder before cooking. So good.

you've seen one, you've seen them all...filet searing in a hot cast iron skillet (in the garage on the grill side-burner) and on their way to the oven (hot grill, indirect heat) to finish...

Tumaro's low-carb NY "everything" wrap & lox...had a craving for something I've never had before (how does this even happen?). Smoked salmon, cream cheese, cucumber, tomato, dill, capers, red onion. delicious & fresh

creamy consistency, nutty flavor, delicious!

what is the serving size? Looks to be cut off on the bottom pic. Is it an entire crust, half, quarter slice? sounds great tho!

Berries are the best fruits for low carbing. I'd eliminate carrots as well from your list for the time being, they are very sugary. Onions are carby as well, but typically you wouldn't sit there and eat an entire onion the way you would an apple. But then again, I don't know you & maybe you would...hard to say lol…

consider where you are in your monthy cycle as well, you may be temporarily retaining water.

When I see someone that hasn't started the WOE yet, asking about a "cheat meal"... what I read is either, I'm not ready to fully commit or I know I can't sustain this WOE. I could be wrong in any case, but if you have low willpower to begin w/ it could potentially set you up for disaster with heavy cravings, especially if…

the old formula was the one to have...the current formula is useless but they still use the name as a heavy marketing tool. Don't waste your money.

what is this? recipe plz?

I get nausea in the beginning as well...I'll have something salty (something I can actually stomach because everything sounds gross then) & it usually improves. Have some broth & add extra sodium, or something comforting. The thought of a pickle would turn me off.

Mid Arby's roast beef w/ lettuce, tomato, mayo...NO BUN Big Mac...NO BUN both ordered as described, no big deal for them.

I'm about at the beginning of pms right now & know no matter what I do, it's going to happen for about a week. Also, if I don't walk regularly, I tend to hold more in my lower legs. Things to consider. *asparagus is a great diuretic btw

sure! The smell & flavor is incredible. This is the recipe I used (ended up using ground veal, store didn't have plain ground pork): Gyoza Meatballs from Well Fed 2 Serves 2-4 | Prep 10 min | Chill 20 min | Cook 20 min | Whole30 approved Meatballs: 1/4 pound shitake mushrooms, stemmed and finely chopped 1/8 head green…

I could eat that entire plate of grilled chicken legs... a few things I've done recently: Gyoza (potsticker) meatballs, w/ a dipping sauce...I prefer these with shredded, sauted cabbage & green onion. Blackened tuna with wasabi sauce over a salsa of sorts I made with yellow tomato, onion, avocado, jalapeno, radish,…

...I agree w/ finding a Hispanic store, you'll get the good stuff there. Some of the gas station varieties should just be left on the shelves. ugh.

I'll def be making the risotto! Nice, thx!

Welcome! I use a splash of chicken stock with the cajun version after the veggies are sauted, along with a bit of butter. I don't use too much broth, just enough to steam a bit & then I cook the liquid out on high heat. I LOVE long grain & wild rice, but long grain is too carby for me these days, I think the straight wild…

Thanks! Honestly, this is my absolute favorite version of cauli rice so far...my next try will be a wild rice version. Wild rice is fairly low in carbs & high in fiber, so a combo with the cauli should come out pretty low-carb per serving. Will season with fresh herbs (thyme, parsley, etc), chicken base and a squeeze of…

Cajun style with blackened roughy! saute diced bell pepper, onion, celery til soft, add riced cauli & season w/ your favorite cajun seasoning. I use a box grater or pulse small cauli chunks in my processor for the "rice".

yay progress! great job everyone!

a processed food...pork rinds are a go-to when we crave something like chips. They are pretty awesome with french onion chip dip as well. I love raw cauli

Steamed chicken & vegetables, sauce on the side, no rice. Even if you don't see what you want as a menu item, ask for it.

I made cheesestak wraps the last time I had leftover ribeye...I always cook or order med-rare, so left overs don't get overcooked either caramelized onion, sauted mushrooms & provolone sauce
