  • I joined my local gym yesterday (online) and had my first visit today....did 30 mins on the bike then bottled it!! I wanted to try some of the weights machines but was too shy. Don't know why I have such a mental block - I hate it!!

  • Maybe you are exercising too much? Or not getting enough sleep? We often want to eat more when we are tired, your body could be a little fatigued? Maybe cut it back for a few days and get lots of rest (especially if you may have had broken sleep). See if that makes a difference. Also - for me, I notice I want to eat more…
