I have protein shake for bfast as I have been focused on lower carbs higher protein. Not zero carbs but high protein. I also always have protein after working out and if I'm in danger of not reaching my caloric intake I'll add a shake at the end if the day. Has helped me loose over t 20 lbs this year, I'm 5'2.

I love the support from here and I don't add folks for the sake of adding. I love and need accountability! I have managed to maintain at least a 45-50 weight loss for the last 2 years. I'm currently at a 65 lb weight loss and aiming for another 15lbs.

I too was a little shocked. Seems most are aiming way lower than me or higher than I am. When I look at the picks I def think 20-25% looks the best... Fit but still curvy. But everyone is different...
