thanks everybody! and thanks to MFP for helping me keep track of what i eat. "dieting" was the hardest part, but i kept my head in the game.

i've done insanity, and it works! just eat a good diet and your results will be best sight of your life.

yes, "diet food" is boring. i'm doing this IIFYM (if it fit your macros) diet. this is by far the best diet i've done. you can eat a cheese burger if you want, as long as you reach your carbs, protein and fat for the day. because of this diet i'm in the best shape of my life. feel free to add me.
