Just heads down it, do what you know works, and keep at it for a few weeks. It takes a while to get back into ketosis, and the scale moves up much more quickly than it moves down. Welcome! I am very new to Keto too - but the snacks I've been having are string cheese, almonds, salami and cream cheese, half an avocado, or nitrate-free/carb-free deli meat. Hope that helps!

Thanks for the responses. My macros are set at 5/35/60, but I've been landing more at 5/25/70 the past few days. I'm very much looking forward to my body adapting over the next week or so!
