I've looked up training for law enforcement on google and basically it's squats, push ups and sit ups. Here in FL we have to pass an obstacle course in 6 minutes. Since I have kids though I was wondering what I could do at home. Maybe I could do home work outs for one month, then upgrade to the gym?
