I've noticed that a lot food listings on here don't include the actual potassium amount, but to answer your question. Beans, green leafy vegetables, baked potatoes with the skin, citrus fruit just to name a few have a lot of potassium.

HA HA HA I remember those days when I first started running in 2010. It's normal and it will go away once your body gets in better shape.

I use to eat them a few years back. They tasted good to be honest, but I had a Ramen soup a few months ago and I didn't like the way it tasted anymore. Good or bad depends on what else you're eating throughout the day. If you're already consuming slew amounts of sodium then the noodle soup isn't helping you one bit.…

What is your regular training pace per mile? 7:24 minute/mile for 3.5 miles What's your race pace? Well the fastest I've done a mile is in 4:45 minute/mile What do you consider a "fast" pace? Anything below 7 min/mile What's your goal pace? My goal pace is a 4 min/mile

Above. I'm suppose to eat a lot more, but I aim for 2800 kcal a day. My BMR is 1984. My TDEE is 3278. Plus an extra 500 kcal per day because I run 35 miles per week. Daily calorie requirement without weight loss: 3778 kcal per day. I set my calorie intake to 1840 a few weeks ago and I dropped 3 pounds in 6 days. Running…

It does matter. I run every single day. I've tried different combinations of food. If I eat trashy food it negatively affects my running performance. Also, I find that going on a temporary restrictive diet can be beneficial. I took out bread out of my diet this month and found other food sources to supply my carbohydrate…

I run virtually everyday. The only day I do not run are when I am sick (very rare,) the weather is really bad or my knees are telling me not to run today. This year I have only missed 17 days of running. My sessions are about 30 minutes everyday. I run between 3.25 and 3.50 miles. I keep running for a bit to complete my 30…

It's pretty decent. I go run 3 and a quarter miles as a warm up before doing insanity. It does nothing for me without my daily run. I always wondered what insanity is like if you're not super fit...

A cheat day for me would be more than 4000 calories. Three years of running pretty much everyday let's you eat boat loads of calories without gaining weight. I love my metabolism. Normal days would be 3500 calories a day. I lowered my intake to 1850 last week and dropped 3 lbs in 7 days. :O

I really don't know what's it like to have a cheat day. I must eat 3240-4000 to maintain my weight, so basically I cheat everyday. Running is my daily hobby, so that's how I'm able to eat so much in a day. Last week I only took in 1840 calories a day and dropped 3 lbs.

Just eat your fruits and vegetables. You'll get your electrolytes from there. I use to use the powders and whatnot. From experience, you'll have better results if you consume fruits and vegetables as your main source of electrolytes. This past week I switched to mainly vegetables for electrolytes and I liked how I felt. I…

Bacon is disgusting! I've never liked the taste of it. I'll pass on the challenge. :P

It might for some people like others have said. I normally avoid chewing gum because all I do is waste resources; unnecessary acid production. Because chewing is part of the cephalic stage of digestion, chewing gum triggers the brain that food is on the way, thus increasing gastric fluid production. It's a great way to…

I burn around 768 calories doing insanity. I ran 3 1/2 miles in 23:40 minutes though before doing the insanity workout as a warm up.

Run everyday like I do. That's what I do and I can eat anything I want without it affecting my weight. It helps me maintain my weight.

Hey people. I'm 24 years old. New friends are always welcomed, so add me if you'd like. My diary is open, but just don't follow it unless you want to gain weight.

I'm in. I just ran my 1000th mile today! I started logging my runs using mapmyrun on may 23 of last year. This is my results: A whopping total 1,000.1 miles. Duration 157:58:53 hours. 144,468 calories. 352 Workouts. I'll post my miles totals for the end of this month once May comes to an end. I currently have 22.46 miles…

It is possible. I've been able to maintain my weight. Then again my maintenance is 3000 calories a day. If I eat 2000 I'll start dropping like 2lbs a week which I don't want. Running everyday really makes maintenance easy.
-
For me it only worked because I did insanity right after running 3.25 miles at the mountain. If I do the workout by itself I feel like I did nothing.
-
I love working out in the morning. I practically jump out of bed ready to go running. I've tried running in the evenings, but it's not the same for me.
-
I rather run alone because I'm free to run at my pace and not have to rubber-band (slow down for the most part.) And the fact that most people don't like running at all, especially running everyday.
-
I can understand why people would want to start things on Monday; new week and fresh start. I personally rather start now than wait for things.

It's never too late to make changes! Request sent. Anyone else who reads this feel free to add me

Normally I use the tunein radio app and use fitmix.fm station. for running i always speed up the tempo on my songs because they are not fast enough! slow tempo means i go slower. lol i enjoy trying to keep up with the beat.

I've added you. I log my food diary everyday and actually see what people log into their diary :P
