I run everyday about 3.40 miles at the mountains. My neighborhood is on a base of a mountain, so there's plenty trails. I've been running since 2010, so running is very easy for me. I find it relaxing. I'm an early bird, so I go running first thing after waking up at 6 am. One thing that I learned about my body is that I…

Last time I bought some it was 2 heads for .99 cents. They're cheap here in a local store here in California. Bananas are 4 lbs for 99 cents too. Broccoli 2 lbs for 99 cents.

Depends... I have muscular/toned legs from running, but I run at the mountains 90% of the time. If you want a nice body you must do strength training.

I use to rely on the BMI scale until I realized it does not work for my body type. I'm 6'4 as well and my lowest weight was 167 lbs. I was so thin that I got joked about being super skinny and flying away on windy days. haha My pants size is 32 and cannot go physically lower than that. I am now 218 lbs and my pants size is…

I haven't been to a McDonald's in over seven years! When I was a kid I would go there for the free ice cream. lol

Yes, I don't mind them. They're fun.

Sure why not? I keep a running log and I completed 1,146.2 miles in 2013. Will be a lick of cake to complete 1000 miles in 2014.

Almost there! 26.56 miles. Total time: 3.61 hours. 3,924 calories burned. 8 workouts. I have a running log. My lifetime stats since I began logging is 1,819.98 miles. I haven't added my other miles that I wrote down manually. My life goal is to run 24,901.55 miles, which is the circumference of the Earth.

My fastest mile is 4 minutes and 37 seconds. 5K I run at 7 min miles for a total of around 21 minutes. My maximum speed is 17 mph, but that's a short sprint. I wish I could maintain that speed. I'm 6'4, so my strides are longer than most.

Anyone can add me if you'd like. I'm 24 years old. I'm not here to lose weight, but three years ago I was in the same boat as all of you, so I know what it's like.

I wouldn't say the egg yolk is bad per se. I understand that egg yolk is high in cholesterol and the correlation between high cholesterol and heart disease, but it's ironic that the yolk itself is loaded with B Vitamins, which may reduce the risk of heart disease. Go figure.

I ate lays BBQ chips. About 8 chips.

It's the opposite for me. I add salt to my food. I run everyday and I sweat a lot, even in the mornings and nights when it's cold. I look like I was wet with a hose. I use to avoid table salt and now I add it with pleasure. I rarely eat processed food, so I never got my sodium from there. Anyways I had poor digestion; I…

I eat them virtually everyday. My family loves them too. I buy 12 lbs of bananas at the store for 3 dollars and we run out in less then a week. My father likes to joke around and say "you guys are like monkeys!" haha

My waist is 32 in. I'm 6'4 tall, so it can't go any lower for me.

Soda and Bacon Okay, soda isn't a food, so... Pickles

Personally, clean eating for me is eating as much unprocessed food as possible. Avoiding sugary foods because it negatively affects my performance when running. Eating a balanced meal that includes complex carbohydrates, fat and protein. And ensuring that I get all of my vitamins and minerals from food before the end of…

It's one of the better oils to cook with because it doesn't denature as easily due to its high heat threshold as compared to other oils such as olive, soy, corn, etc.

You can do this! The last time I drank soda was in 2007! It's been 6 years since I've had soda and have zero cravings for it.

I don't have any game plans. I'm fortunate enough to have a good metabolism. My maintenance is 3625 calories, so I don't have to worry about over eating.

Hey there! I added you. I'm 6'4 as well!

Since running is my hobby, it helps me maintain my weight. Like others have said. I count my calories and make sure I get all my macros and micros. I don't worry about over eating because I start to lose weight at a daily calorie intake of 2,600 calories. I worry about under eating! lol
