Hi there, Im in Dublin Ireland and need some motivation. I started watching my cals and carbs the past two week and I have lost 2lbs. I have been snacking on walnuts from aldi and weighed myself yesterday and it looks like I have put two pound on. I really should not weigh myself every morning......Will start again…

Hi There, Fitness woman at my gym said I should aim to have 100 carbs total for the day or under, and to eat alot more protein. You need a certain amount of carbs for your body to function (energy).....

Hi There, Maybe your not eating enough. Is 1200 cals right for your height and age etc? Sometimes if your not eating enought your body wont shed the pounds. Sandra:smile:

Congratulations you look fab,That was some amount of weight to loose. What did you eat for breakfast lunch and dinner and what type of snacks were you having? How many calories were you sticking to a day. Any advice most welcome.

fatredhead, you will have to change your name now on MFP.........great results how did you achieve this I just found this web site last week. My start weight was 188lbs and i stayed the same this week....I don't feel motivated now having lost no weight and i have been so good.:cry: :cry:
