  • Hmmm...I wonder if the lack of comments is because it is not used as often?? I think I am still going to go ahead and get it. I need something to really help me.
  • thanks for the input! 24hrfitness is having a sale, well it ends today, on the BB and the display. Plus you get 4 more months of the online subscription. I am just always overly cautious when it comes to big money items. How do you feel about the calories it says during workouts? Do you think it is accurate still then?
  • I used to drink soda at least once a day and I always miss the bubbles. I'm pretty much only drinking water these days, no juice, soy milk, or any caffienated beverages. So I drink sparkling water, the lime flavor. It satisfies the soda craving for me, and feels like a break from water, but it is still water!
  • I do the workout barefoot becuase I recently broke my pinky toe and it gets smushed in the shoe and hurts when I walk or workout. I havnt had any ankle pain or any other pain other than sore muscles : ) Which i consider a good thing
  • Yea, now I can't find where I read about the intense workouts and it not being recommended for that...I just can not decide between a HRM and the bodybugg. I would like to know how much i burn on a daily basis, but after I learn that, I feel like the bodybugg would be unnecessary in the long run. If anyone has any opinions…
  • About to leave work to start Day 5 of level one! Still feeling sore from the first 4 days, but I still have lots of energy (even after working all day) and know I can battle through the 25 minutes! I have not taken a day off and still not sure if I want to. This is really the only intense exercise I am doing right now so I…
  • Do you know if any of the other Austin people ever get together for workouts or hikes or anything like that?
  • If I had to put a number goal out there I'd say 20 lbs sounds good to me. I don't care so much about the weight, I'm more looking for a leaner, more toned body shape then what I have now. Back to how I was while still in college and being more active. Don't have any friends on here yet, so if anyone is interested I'm sure…
  • Yea I tried to use 7lbs for all of it, but the front lifts and over the head lifts are too much. I got 3lbs for those. But the heavier weights are good for the back and chest exercises. Those are larger muscles and I find the 3lbs is just way to light for those muscle groups.
  • Ok, I just finished level one day 3...and I have to admit I REALLY did not want to do it. Every muscle in my body feels sore from the first 2 days. I just took the dogs on a 3 mile hike and was feeling exhausted and way too sore. But I decided to go ahead and try to do day 3. And I made it through! Glad I decided to go…
  • I just started day 1 of the first level yesterday. I was suprised at how much work was put into 27 minutes. I liked it, it reminded me of a bootcamp I did year or so ago. I didnt have any weights smaller than 7 lbs, but I did ok for the chest and back exercises. It was just the over the head or shoulder lifts that I…
