  • 5'8 and 110 pounds or less.
  • no you do not have to eat them back! some actually advise against doing so, you'll also lose faster if you dont eat back the entire amount. sometimes ill eat a tiny bit of it back but i try never to.
  • lmao exactly, thank you for someone finally saying that! if ur eating all of the cals back that your burning off theres no point of exercising you are prob going to gain lol i did when i ate back all the cals burned. needless to say i purposely dont eat back a lot (if any) of what i burn off
  • unless your 400 pounds that is inaccurate. gym instructors love to yell out all these crazy numbers that more than half the time arent even right. when i was at my highest weight of 265 pounds i didnt burn anywhere near that and i really gave it my all.
  • I don't recommend going any lower but it is perfectly fine to eat 1200 calories a day. It is still healthy to eat that amount and i've even been told that by numerous doctors and personal trainers. Of course though i'd make sure ur not burning 2000 calories and only eating 1200. Everyone's body is different though so just…

  • i disagree carbs are not necessary, ive lost about 50 pounds and a lot of that was/is purely because i went low carb.
  • exactly! we're not 5 years old we should know the difference between "lose" and "loose." whenever i see people do this it gets me so pissed off haha
  • lmfao oh my god im so guilty as well before i changed my ways. like a few years ago id totally do that and think its okay
  • ugh this is so me! but hopefully it wont be for too much longer.... i got another one that i didnt see mentioned, you go into a dressing room in the mall and cry because of how you look in the clothes or that they dont fit in the size you thought you were </3
  • i have that scale too! we've had it for a couple of years but its just getting worse and worse. we've reset it, re calibrated it- all the works and it keeps giving me multiple different readings. i stepped on this morning and got 7 different numbers! i dont know which one is right anymore. im really ready to just throw it…
  • other people's ways dont really concern you so i dont get why ur so worried or whatever u wanna call it about other peoples complaining abt binging etc and while i do hope you never develop one, you clearly do not have an eating disorder like so many of us do so you wouldnt understand it in the least. :grumble:
