I just started week 5. i was worried because its been a busy two weeks and I didnt get as much running is as I wanted. I did ok on week 5 day 1... now Im try to get mentally prepared for the sudden long runs on days 2 and 3!

Joining in! Ive tried c25k before but never got past week 3. I have serious back issues that I am working through. This time I am nearly 20 pounds down from last time I tried, and its making such a difference! I start week 4 tonight... breaking through my barrier!

Ill echo the check with your doctor. But- I also have serious back problems, and 10 years ago was told to stick to swimming and pilates. I still keep up pilates as a form of physical therapy, but swimming is a huge hassle here. Before my issues I was very active, and it was hard for me to drop that. Starting about 4 years…
