Just a watch. I've heard the one's with chest strap are more accurate, but didn't want the aggravation that goes with the strap.

Did you program your age and gender? I have a cheaper HRM as well, which i ordered through E-bay (Sportline 915 for Women) I had Zumba the other night and it said i burnt 739 calories. I've heard that you can burn anywhere from 600-1000 calories, so i think yours is probably acccurate. I hope this helps! :)

I find lots of stretching has helped in my cramping issues. I use to cramp alot and now it's hardly an issue! :) This is something passed on to me by my instructor.

I'm just exactly like you. My TOM generally starts on a Saturday, and on the Monday previous, it's just like someone turned on a switch. I could eat everything in site! Ugh!! Working out and drinking lots of water seem to be the answer for me. )

I'm doing the 30 day shred as well, and was also wondering how many calories would you burn?. Aren't you going to burn more calories at a higher level of intensity?

I'm the same way. Seems like i have to go to the bathroom every 20 min or 1/2 hour. Doesn't bother me at night so much as it does during the day.

What's the difference between sprouted grain and the bread you buy at the grocery store? Is it alot healthier for you than the regular bread we buy? I'm interested and where can you buy it? :)

I just got mine in the mail today, wasn't expecting it until next week. I don't think i'll be starting it tomorrow. I have a class at the gym in the morning, then other commitments which will take up the rest of the day. I generally take Sunday off from working out, so probably will be Monday. :)
