I enter it in as circuit training, general:smile:

I just order The Biggest Loser Cardio Max DVD from Amazon and should be getting it next week. What do you enter it in as and for how long?
-
Absolutely!! I'm certainly not giving up my white wine, and am still losing weight, so i don't think you need to give it up completely either. I don't drink it every night, once or twice a week for me. I just have a glass and that satisfies me! :drinker:

Mine's a Sportline 915
-
I know, i have one (:

You're not weird. I thought the only place to work out was at the gym, but now i workout at home all the time. I do still workout at the gym too! I workout in the tv room, it's not a big room, i just rearrange a couple of small pieces of furniture, and away i go.:flowerforyou:

Same here!! :noway:
-
I did, what did you think of it?

I also have the Sportline 915 female HRM. The only reason i bought it was it was all i could afford at the time. I know it's not the best watch out there. I do find it high as well. The one thing i don't like about the watch is it only asks you for your age and gender, and not your weight. A person at my age at a heavier…

I have the same HRM and i find it burns a bit high too. I'll enter it as what appears on my HRM, but i'm extra careful in regards to what i eat. Everyone tells me to go by what my HRM says. The MFP data i think underestimates as well.

Ain't that the truth!! :blushing:

Hi, i'm 46 and just finished Level 1 of the Shred. I do it around 3 days a week. What a great workout. I'm not just doing the Shred , so can't base my results on just doing the Shred, but i know i've lost inches all over. Keep up the great work!! :)

Hi, i've been wearing glasses since high school. I never take my glasses off when i'm exercising, and especially if i'm doing a workout DVD, i certainly won't take them off then.
-
Hi, I log it in as circuit training, general. It takes about 27 minutes to do a Level. :)
-
Sounds really yummy!! :)
