It is recommended that you consume about 300 calories (that's like a yogurt and a bean burrito) more than your regular intake (so much for eating for two), so if your 5'0 then your reg cal intake should be around 1300 so 300 more than that = 1600. Hi, I just joined this site... I am in the same boat as you... second pregnancy... they are going to be just a year a part.... I gained a lot of weight with my first pregnancy and I am trying to not gain with this one; however, i just started to get the urge to eat everything... Yikes... So I am honing it in.... :)
