The thing that makes Batman so much cooler then Superman (and I have great love for Superman) is that Batman goes into a fight knowing he can get hurt...and goes anyway. Superman knows he's usually NOT going to get hurt.

Batman would always win....because Superman, by his very nature, would never attack Batman without warning....and as long as batman has warning....
