Level 2 Day 3 done. It is starting to get a little easier but some exercises are still crazily hard (squat thrusts and v-lifts are my least favourite). I like all the lunges though!

Level 2 Day 2 down. Not as bad as yesterday but still crazy hard! The cardio in level 2 is sooo much harder for me than level 1. And those V-raises!

I've been doing it the 'classic' 10-10-10 way. I did take two days off during level 1 though, so my 10th workout was Day 12. I just did Level 2 Day 1 today and it was HARD. I did nearly everything with Natalie but nearly died afterwards! I'm going to stick with it for 10 days though and then move to Level 3.

Level 1 Day 8 today. I had two days off because of a festival here. I also ate really terrible carnival food - but did walk around all day so hopefully that helped. Back into it today, and not feeling too bad considering the break. Looking forward to moving on to level 2 though.

Vanessa, actually you DO do the same workout every day for ten days (or ten workouts, if you take breaks). At least normally - some people do mix it up a bit. The normal way, though, is to do the Level 1 workout ten days in a row, then Level 2 ten days in a row, then Level 3.

Day 5 for me today. Definitely feeling a lot easier - some parts are almost TOO easy, but then again some parts (I'm looking at you, side lunges with arm raises!) are still really really tough. I was really unmotivated today but I MADE myself do it and I'm so pleased I did. Now to keep it up over the weekend...

Hi all, may I join you? I'm on Day 3 today as well, just finished the Shred. I've done it before but never got past Day 15. I had excellent results though. This time I am going to see it through!
