A bit late now but maybe suggest he uses electrolyte drinks

I think you need to read and understand a little more, there is no requirement for anyone to have keto flu, unfortunately you have incorrectly directed your husband into keto, there is no need to suffer. I really feel sorry for your husband.
-
Ride a bicycle "a lot" the bumpy road just destroys arm muscles. Mine are non existent.
-
How long on keto? How are you testing? What are your macros? What is your goal? Do you train?
-
What is your BF% at the moment?
-
Drink water, black coffee but once you are hungry it's too late, just eat. Try making better choices, tomorrow be more prepared, drink more fluids to stave off hunger, have good food choices available.

As for someone to support you day and night, maybe ask your family. As for not wanting to cook/shop maybe consider a diet that uses meal replacement products.

Wow I feel good April 2018 an alcoholic with no sight of a future. July 2018 stopped drinking 2019 I can honestly say "I'm free"
-
Well, I used to drink a lot, every day, beer, spirit and liquors. Since July 12th 2019 I'm alcohol free I took a sip of beer in October and didn't like it, then Christmas took a sip of several drinks and to my delight I found them all sickly. Oh happy days.

When you say "again" what does this mean? Have you lost and put back on? If you don't mind sharing, I'd like to hear your story.

My desire to discuss it was because, I'd read the NHS were promoting such diets to anyone with a BMI over 30, (it seems that it maybe media hype) so my questions were because I wondered what the issues might be if I chose to go on this diet. My BMI is 31 and I run 3 to 4 times a week.
-
I read it was anyone with a BMI over 30
-
So the NHS in England are promoting these 800 calorie diets.
-
I think this should be the label on all 800 calorie diets.

I think, firstly define healthy. I see many things people eating unhealthy foods, I'd guess their insides are horrible but from the outside they look healthy. Then what about the big guy who eats really healthy food, doesn't drink, rides 250km a week runs 90km a week and has a physical job. Is he healthy? If he is…
-
Gallstones omg Shooting your husband haha @suziecue25

2500-3000 calories burnt a day seems quite high for a desk job guy. The walk is only worth 300-450 calories. I'd doubt he is -1000, as others have said even if he is it's ok.

A silver blanket Energy bars A heat pad A compass A GPS tracker/satellite phone A beacon buddy tracker and alert. When I run on road I carry A GPS tracker/satellite phone A beacon buddy tracker and alert. In winter Silver blanket and heat pad

I only read 8 lines I didn't even get to a question. Don't even think about it.
-
Haha I have a mini digger, I've never had an MP3 I think this one is very unusual, it's a mindset thing. I have more money than I need I don't have much in life.
-
1000 calories a day? Wow, how do you get your nutrients? Why such a strict calorie count? Are you bed ridden?
-
10,000 miles a year here Diet coffee and cake At CAT 3 level and 51 years old I don't need to think of diet
-
I'd class myself as moderately active I manually work outside, I walk 500,000 steps a month (16000 a day) I run approximately 100k a week I cycle 250kms a week I do a strength and yoga routine 7 mornings a week.
