Doing them alone won't help so Much, but combining them with cardio and strength would pay off the whole body fat.

Banana+ pineapple+kale+parsley+baby spinach+ Kiwi I sometimes replace kiwi with blueberries or strawberries or raspberries what ever is in the freezer.

Take measures in parallel with weight. It helps so much in these cases to prove the progress. And they are more accurate to reflect it that the scale. I personally weigh my self every 10 days sometimes 2 week, thats only when the scale moves.

Im 5'2 my goal is 128, im 10 lbs far from that. But the measures really matter more to me.

Yes I have my account is set at lightly active this is what I think I am .. but I have three kids and I'm always running so I have to change it to active. but I did not find breastfeeding in exercising database. I really do not understand that thing of eating back the exercising calories. I probably have to search about it…

I google before and after losing weight pictures for people who lost 100lbs and more, these stories motivates me the most. Because I know that they got through very tough time way more than me.. ( I am trying to lose 10kg = about 20 lbs ) This is the most motivating thing for me !

People will not motivate you, You have to learn to motivate your self. Do not focus on what people think about you, Do it for your self and enjoy your journey, they may be noticing your weight loss but think they are motivating you by telling you to lose weight!..
