30 day shred , day 7 ... It's amazing. The scale is not telling a change, but clothes are .. and I'm so satisfied. It's a great workout. and I will keep working on it until I finish the 30 days. and I might redo it again and again..

My favorite snack nowadays is the Great Value Crunchy Granola Bar ( oats & Honey ) I think It's a very healthy snack. But I only eat one bar not the tow. It's low is Sugar ( 6 g per bar ) also low in carbs ( 15g ) , low in fat ( 4 g ) . And It tastes good and it satisfies my sweet mouth.. :)

This is really great. I notice the difference, It is huge. I have started doing the 30 day shred 5 days ago. I still didn't notice any changes. but I'm satisfied with the workout itself. did you go on diet with the workout?
