If you put about 4 ounces of ice in the blender it should be thicker. I always use fruit or juice, because the powder alone is terrible. I'm sure athletes drink it plain.

You can do it (that's 5 pounds, a attainable result) Get plenty of exercise, eat lots of fruits and vegetable. That is what I did. I have lost 25 pounds since January. Good Luck.

It sounds like you are an emotional eater, which is what I was. I use to eat, because food was there, or I was bored. The thing is you realize you aren't even hungry, you just eat. Try doing something you like, instead of eating that snack you really don't want. Do you like to read, write, go for a walk or exercise.

Don't look back. Start over, and over again if you need to. You will eventually realize, what you really want; to lose weight and keep it off. Been there, done that. Good luck 2 u
