Congrats....!!!!!! During my pregnancy I was told to try and walk at least 3x a week for about 30 mins but not to strain and I was also gestational diabetic so I had a strict diet that included all baked foods and veggies...So definitely talk to the doctor but just don't go overboard.

I was doing 1200 calories but recently changed my weight loss goals..I didn't have a problem with because I would gain calories back from exercise and I've pretty much been eating what I want in moderation. Good luck.

I actually love the "new" lean cuisine meals. They are filling, one of my favorites is the chile lime chicken. I've also seen they are adding salads and I'm thinking of giving it a whirl. I use to eat smart ones, I'm not a huge pan of premade frozen meals but its helps me to not eat out at work for lunch.

I agree. I learned the hard way...breakfast is the most important part of the day and mine is based on how I feel. It can range from oatmeal to a full blown bacon, eggs and pancakes. I also have my fast food breakfast days.

I'm planning to increase my water intake and actually drink the 8-10 glasses that are recommended. I didn't weight myself but I'm hoping to be 2lbs lighter.

I own one and absolutely love, love, love it... I also purchased it from Walmart but it was about $250 and its the gold's gym model..It has been a few years though.

I haven't weighed myself because I'm not feeling that "I've lost any weight" but one thing I noticed is squats are definitely working. I feel certain areas a little tighter than normal. I try and do 4 set of 10. Next week, it will be 4 sets of 15. I plan to weigh myself first thing tomorrow morning and do measurements.

So I think I can do some of this...I actually have a PT job that has a ton of steps..the only thing is I won't be working...Lucky for me its a family business and they won't get mad or fire me. I'm def going to try and do some fo this...

My plan: Monday-Elipictical trainer Tuesday-weight training/eliptical Wednesday-Walking-stair climbing Thursday-Weight training Friday-Walking-stair climbing Saturday and Sunday-ramdon activites-depending on what I'm doing with the kids.
