  • I found staying under my sugar and carbs intake daily, and exercising at least 40 minutes daily by using MPF as a guide along with fit bit. has created a method of sucsess for me. I haven't been this thin since 1995 .So now it's my lifestyle. Hard work and smile while you do it.. Good luck ...:glasses:
  • I agree with that formula . However, if your not hungry don 't force feed yourself. Treat yourself to something you haven't had in a while, just don't make a habit of it.:glasses:
  • :glasses: I agree with the last post. MFP definitely helps you make your own decision. i personally don't try to eat up all the calories I've burned. However i can treat myself to respectable snack at night. Bottom line is calories in vs calories out\, and of exercise 45 minutes daily. It's worked for me for 4 months now…

  • I have most of the time come short of my 1200 daily goal calories also. HOWEVER, it's because I try to exercise at least 35 minutes a day. Mainly walking, swimming , water aerobics. Nothing crazy. basic stuff that you can do in your own home or neighborhood. Once you get into a routine , you won't want to stop... Try it.…
