I got that at week 8. One day 28 minutes was fine and the next it seemed impossible. I just slowed down my pace and kept at it and was fine. Great job!!

Haha, don't be scared. It is a good workout but some of the cardio is killer. I have poor upper body strength so I struggle. You will do great!

I just jumped on the Rock Star Jumps. I think my feet may have moved back 1/2". Great job on Level 2! The squats with dumb bell raises are rough. By the end of the level they were much easier though!

After completing 8 weeks of C25K I rewarded myself with new running shoes! Until I knew I was going to stick with it I wasn't getting them. As for reaching my ultimate goal I'm not sure yet. Maybe a new swimsuit to show off my new body!

I doing the Couch to 5K and 30 Day Shred! I am on the final week of C25K and day 20 of 30 Day Shred. I just started tracking my food about two weeks ago and that has made a huge difference! Thanks.
