Finished another 5K in my best time ever!
I ran a 5K today and had my PR time of 33:25!! I finished 13th in my age group and had a mile average of 10:47. I never could have imagine 3 months ago that I would be able to accomplish this! Time to start training for a 10K!

BMI is under 30!!!!
Granted it is only 29,9 but I am going in the right direction! This site has made a huge difference in my weight loss and I look forward to getting it lower as time goes on.

Ran my first 5K race today!
Today I did the Run or Dye and while it took forever to finally get started it was a lot of fun and nice to know that I could actually do it! I run another one in four weeks! I would have never been able to do this two months ago, it is exciting to see how far I have come.

Survived Day 1 of Level 3 of 30 Day Shred
My cat came to check me out because apparently I sounded like I wasn't going to make it. Jillian is a cruel mistress but I am seeing results. The strength was easier this Level but the cardio was killer! I hope that next week at this time I will be much better!

5.6 Pounds and 8" lost!
Today was my weigh in and measurement day and I was stunned by the results. I don't see a lot of differences yet but I have more energy and I knew that was progress.
