Congratulations. That is an awesome feeling. I just realized that I am simply "overweight" a few days ago after years of being "Obese" and even "Morbidly Obese" for a time. Keep it going. It's all downhill from here.

Congrats! I feel like that was yesterday for me and it's actually been nine weeks since I hit that milestone but now I'm closing in on a NORMAL BMI! Keep up the great work!
