Drinking pure water is good for you - no doubt about it - but I drink very little. Maybe 8 oz a day, 16 on a good day - give or take. Has it hindered my weight loss? Nope.

For me - the main thing is Never Ever Ever Ever No Matter What Never Give Up and quit! For years I would lose 30 gain back 50, lose 40 gain back 60 - lose 20 gain back 30 - and so on and so forth. Is it your hip muscle or joint? I get intense pain in my hip joints after jogging/walking for a long time. I Googled it - and it is inflammation of the joint and is common in runners/walkers. I take ibuprofen to help the pain.

Never ever give up!! Even if you have to take a little break to reassess things ( i do from time to time).. never ever give up. Losing steam is normal - work through it and you'll find your motivation again.

Yes weight loss slows down. I still have a ton to lose, but I can say, it definitely comes off more slowly now than it did at first.

Absolutely a good idea. I did that a few times along the way and it was a phenomenal help. I haven't been doing that recently - but I will probably do it again some time after the holidays.

Most of the time I'm under - but sometimes I go over. I'm very sugar/carb-conscious bc of my insulin resistance. I try my best - but Im not perfect and I do mess up and sugar/carb load every now and then!

Not much you can do other than some toning exercises which help some. Other than that I say let it hang, or invest in some compression garments if it bothers you badly enough.

I'm 5 ft 7.5 in... goal 160 - 170. I don't desire to be wafer thin. I love my curves - I just want them smaller than they are now. I may decide to lower my goal weight some once I get closer - but for now even 180 would be a dream come true!

It happens for me from time to time - even though I'm obiously no super model by any means!! It's pretty cool - b/c back when when I was way bigger - it was like I was invisible. The biggest person in the room - yet invisible.

No worries here. I plan to eat what I want that day - but exercise my butt off the day before and the next day (some of which will be fighting crowds at the black friday sales). One day won't hurt.

Was a 44C at highest - now 38C. I've never been very busty so it doesnt matter to me that my boobs are smaller. I like my figure a whole heck of a lot better now!!

Doesn't really matter which one - just choose one and only use that one. And make sure to weigh at the same time and wearing the same amount of clothes to be as consistent as possible.
