I've had those feelings before - but not every month. I think it was the pill I was on - b/c since I quit taking it (3 months ago)- I haven't had that problem. But basically - you aren't alone - I've heard of plenty of women of all ages,shapes, and sizes - who have increased, even insatiable appetites before their period.

When I was over 300 I started with walking and the elliptical machine. Granted when I was at my highest weight and I first started exercising again I could only handle about 15 - 20 minutes, but I gradually worked my way up. Now I walk several miles and jog some too. You just gotta take it one step at a time :)

I dont have any of my highest highest either- I hid from the camera whenever I could. I once had some really good pics of me at 325 - but lost them. And I have searched all over for them - they're GONE!! The "before" pics on my page are probably 310-320.

Exactly what I was going to say. Just get little itty bits of the yummy stuff so you don't feel totally deprived, and fill up on the healthy stuff like fruits and veggies if there are any. And even if you go a tad over - maybe get some extra exercise beforehand so you will have some extra calories available. Happy Easter!!
