I have been doing this for about a month now and I am addicted. One large container of lowfat cottage cheese, one can of diced tomatoes, one jar of dill pickle relish. I added a pack of dry ranch this week and it was YUMM. I usually just add some garlic salt and some dry dill.

I know this will sound weird, but I use pickle juice when I know I am going to come close to my counts for the day. I usually just use a little of whatever salad dressing I want, but there are days I know I am going to have a high calorie dinner so I will lighten up the dressing at lunch. I have also use hummus.
